Newly opened QT Melbourne brings you Pascale Bar and Grill, which—you betcha—serves up a pretty darn fancy (and cheesy) burger! Two beef patties with onions, ox heart tomato, and Coney Island piccadily. Say what—they forgot the most important ingredient? Not exactly, they give you the choice: Would you like melted Raclette or Roquefort, with that? (drool)

Bayside burger babes can hit up STKBB at the Grosvenor, or even venture into the burger-friendly pub for a Sunday session. Your 100% grass-fed beef patty will arrive with a sexy double cheese topping, pickles and house ketchup. Cheers to that!

The 8 Bit with Cheese has city slickers keen to clog their arteries, because, not only is it worth it, but it’s FREAKING NATIONAL CHEESEBURGER DAY. Okay? Go forth and enjoy. We recommend double patties, double cheese and double errythang.

Other places to get your cheese on are Easey’s in Collingwood, with the aptly named Easy Cheesy (they just left out the Peazy, take that Yeezy). Brand, spanking new Chur Burger in Richmond is sizzling up some saucy cheese, with the standard beef n’ cheese, or you could get a little Americano and slop some blue cheese and bbq sauce on that bad boy.

And last but not least, you could (and probably will) try the Kick Ass Mac n’ Cheese from Three One 2 One in Richmond, because we guess that counts. After all, pasta can only make cheese—or anything really—better.
