Melbourne Food and Wine Festival organisers have this week released the first in a series of new videos that take you on a behind the scenes tour  to meet regional Victoria’s finest producers, growers and winemakers.

Following on from the highly popular 2013 video series, the first video showcases the Murray region. Viewers are taken on a journey to discover the secrets behind Mildura’s beer brewing, and learn what is so special about Murray River Sea Salt.

A second video has recently been released, this time heading north east to meet the dedicated producers of the High Country, including Gamze Smokehouse, Chambers Rosewood Winery, All Saints Estate, Pizzini Wines, Myrtleford Butter Company, Brimin Lodge Murray Cod and Bright Brewery.
