These twin brothers have got lots of soul and flavor and they’re proud to say that they got it from their Teta Mona –that is, their grandma Mona. Opening their Lebanese soul food joint about a year ago in Brunswick, their passion for fresh, delicious, home-cooked traditional food, successfully shines as customers fill the restaurant and fairy light filled courtyard every single day.
Be sure to come in with some friends to enjoy small and medium sharing plates, showcasing finger eats like Mtabalaat, which is house dips like hommus and baba ghanouj, or their house falafel with tahini or their fan-favourite, including my own, Sbaneghwa Jebne which is an extremely tasty and savory, halmouni filled pastry. Pre-made mixed herbs, spices, and rubs are also showcased and available for purchase, oh and they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly so everyone can enjoy.
