Saint Crispin Day Feast

October 25, 2014 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Noblemen and fair maidens, jostle to Collingwood’s Saint Crispin restaurant on Saturday 25 October to help celebrate their annual Saint Crispin Day feast – medieval style.

The Saint Crispin chefs are partial to a shared plate or two, and diners can expect to experience a distinct, handcrafted menu by Joe Grbac in a shared offering.

Chef Grbac will be dishing up flavoursome fare, including entrées of beef marrow fritters, salad of duck and black pudding and crispy quail.

Mains will be a succulent offering of spit roast suckling pig, 24-hour lamb shoulder and spiced roast duck breast, served with moorish crispy vegetables. The sweet tooths will be seduced by apple jelly, poached pear and ginger-spiced pound cake for dessert.

Sure-fire culinary delights served with a smattering of top drops ensues a fine day of festivities for all to be had. Anon!
