The Gypsy Pig

It’s Official: Winter is here.  To celebrate the colder months, Bursaria are hosting The Gypsy Pig a twist on the traditional Sunday Roast with a celebration of Pork and Pear – part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival ‘Put Victoria on Your Table’ Roast Collection.

Spend a cozy Sunday afternoon at the historic Abbotsford Convent enjoying the best Victorian produce with sumptuous slow roasted pork and a little something extra: we’re bringing some mulled cider and a Gypsy Folk band to the party.

$55 per person – includes 2 courses (main and dessert), mulled cider, a glass of wine, tea & coffee

We have handpicked some of the finest boutique Victorian suppliers to showcase the best local produce.  Free Range Heritage Breed Pork supplied by Gippsland Farmer The Gypsy Pig and boutique pear cider from Napoleone Cider in the Yarra Valley.

Support Victorian producers and take the opportunity to chat to members of Melbourne Farmers Markets about celebrating the fresh, local Victorian produce on your table.
