The Woodhouse “Fired Up Family Roast”

This be the very best Sunday Roast EVER. The Woodhouse is using thier unique “cooking with wood” techniques to bring you a family lunch regional showcase that is so good, your long-lost relatives will be knocking on your door and begging for an invite. The Woodhouse is Bendigo’s only dedicated steakhouse using a red gum grill and wood-fired oven. Try McIvor Farms organic Old Breed Berkshire Pork rack, perfect crackle, Harcourt cider jus and apple puree. Or perhaps Cohuna’s Everything Wagyu Marble #8, roasted on the red-gum spit creating intense flavors and unbelievable tenderness, finished with our knockout Pondolowie red wine jus. On the side there are Milawa Mustards, wood roasted organic vegetables and

local herbs. Good Loaf sour dough is on hand for compulsory plate mopping.  A family roast isn’t complete without Harcourt apple and golden raisin strudel, vanilla bean anglaise and Goldfields Honey ice cream. A glass of wine from local wineries Pondolowie and Bress completes the experience

There are two sessions: Sunday November 2nd and 9th and prices are $55 per person (inc a glass of local wine) or $25 for kids under 12.
