Huxtaburger and the Tale of Store Number Four

The evolution of Glenferrie Road continues tomorrow with the opening of Huxtaburger, mark four.

Located at 681 Glenferrie Road, within the restored Lido Cinema Centre, tomorrow’s opening will be a first for Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, and will become and integral part of the upcoming $5.5 million dollar Lido Cinema development, set to open in June. Conveniently located within walking distance of both Swinburne University (collective high-fives can be heard from Swinburne students everywhere) and the Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Huxtable head chef Daniel Wilson is confident that Hawthorn is the right location for the fourth installment.

“It is a great fit for Huxtaburger; being a vibrant Melbourne hotspot, but one that’s retained some of its eccentricities and old-school charm over the years.”, says Daniel.

Expect all the deliciousness as you’ve come to know and love from Collingwood, Melbourne and Prahran locations, with the entire Huxtable family making the trip West side.

Huxtaburger Hawthorn will open its doors on Friday 15 May and will be open from 11am – 10pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 11am -11pm on Friday and Saturday.
