Bar Liberty opens in Fitzroy
After much hype, Rockwell&Sons chef Casey Wall, former Attica manager Michael Bascetta and renowned sommelier Banjo Harris Plane have opened Bar Liberty in Fitzroy.
Situated at the old La Condesa site, Bar Liberty’s offering will be centered around drinks, with a comprehensive wine list, beers, sake and other liqueurs, and a selection of house made pre-bottled cocktails to quench your thirst after a long day at the office. Sophisticated snacks and share plates will also be available to complement your tasty drinks.
