Pho-Yo is the answer to your phantasies, and is the result of a ripper collab between Windsor’s best Vietnamese; Hanoi Hannah, and Carlton’s frozen yoghurt kings; Yo-Chi.
While we all love a good fro-yo, let’s be honest: It’s winter in Melbourne, and finding some of the best places to eat can very much hinge on how warm, rich or spicy your meal will be. Well what better to warm you up than a steaming cup o’ pho? From Tuesday the 5th of July, Hanoi Hannah will pop up in Yo-Chi Carlton for one month, bringing not just their phabulous pho, but also their ripper rice paper rolls, and bliss-inducing banh mi.
Yo-Chi will also be upping their arctic game, with a new Winter Creations Menu. Expect to see steamy treats such as a rich chocolate mud cake with a warm ganache centre, perfect for keeping the winter chills away!
