It’s pretty amazing being a human. We have the choice to adapt and adopt a plethora of food lifestyles. Then again, I suppose the dinosaurs had something similar going on too being omnivores, carnivores and herbivores. Throughout my life, I have taken on many different food lifestyles: omnivore, pscetarian, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan – we are so fortunate to be able to have such choices. Recently, I went to go to dinner with my fellow foodie, Zacchary Bird to try out one of his favourite places – Loving Hut in Richmond. This quaint, friends and family owned fully vegan restaurant is humble to the eye yet bountiful to the taste. Not only was the food delicious but it was so beautiful and colourful, it was like we were eating a field of rainbows! We were recommended the most popular items on the menu and we could see why they were fan favourites!
