Put Victoria On Your Table

Melbourne Food and Wine Festival organisers have this week released the first in a series of new videos that take you on a behind the scenes tour  to meet regional Victoria’s finest producers, growers and winemakers.

Following on from the highly popular 2013 video series, the first video showcases the Murray region. Viewers are taken on a journey to discover the secrets behind Mildura’s beer brewing, and learn what is so special about Murray River Sea Salt.

A second video has recently been released, this time heading north east to meet the dedicated producers of the High Country, including Gamze Smokehouse, Chambers Rosewood Winery, All Saints Estate, Pizzini Wines, Myrtleford Butter Company, Brimin Lodge Murray Cod and Bright Brewery.

Put Victoria on Your Table Series

Episode one: Murray Region

Episode two: High Country

Put Victoria on Your Table is a Melbourne Food and Wine led initiative that highlights the range of high quality produce grown and created right on our doorstep. We encourage everyone to ‘think local’ and purchase Victorian produce wherever possible to contribute to the ongoing growth of Victoria’s food and wine industry.

Gram Magazine

GRAM is an Australian magazine dedicated to how a nation experiences all things food and drink. It does away with traditional food magazine formulas, preferring a journalistic approach. Published by qualified and experienced journalists, GRAM features news, features, analysis and investigations of the industry. We do not accept payment for our journalism. We do not publish reviews. We are not bloggers (we love them, but there's a difference) and we absolutely are not "influencers" (just don't).
