Four Pillars, Four Courses, Four Cocktails

Healesville gin extraordinaires Four Pillars are teaming up with Spanish-style outfit Bohemian Bar & Restaurant to hold a series of special gin dinners along the Yarra this September and October.

Hosted by Four Pillars Ambassador and Melbourne bar legend Samuel Ng, with a menu created by Bohemian Head Chef Gerard Rodriquez, gin and food lovers alike are in for a decadent night. Four courses have been designed to compliment the unique and complex flavours of the renowned Four Pillars Gin; with each course paired with tailored cocktails made using the  Cousin Vera ,  Navy Strength, Spiced Negroni  and the infamous Bloody Shiraz gins.
