The Geelong region’s reputation for fine wine and dining is set to be further bolstered in March with the opening of Saint Regis Food and Wine Bar.
Owners Katherine Anderson and Jack Nicol will open the doors to their newly built venue on March 5. Their vision was to create a beautiful relaxed convivial space that shares their passion for food and wine with a brief of being casually elegant.
Katherine Turner (ex-Barking Dog and Gladioli), one of Geelong’s best young chefs has created a menu that is uncomplicated, fresh and delicious. The very best seasonal produce is sourced locally for a menu that reflects a love of good food.
Sharing dishes and single serve snacks feature heavily no the menu, and all have been developed as perfect complements to Saint Regis wines. Unlike other wineries, their wine list will also offer a full local wine list, showcasing not just St Regis, but the entire Geelong winemaking region.
