Man Tong in Chinese means full house. As a traditional culinary experience throughout the ages, it is customary in China to have a full house filled with the very best flavours, tastes, dishes, family and friends all dinning together. It is no wonder why Man Tong Kitchen is all the latest hustle and bustle for Good Food Month. Located in the first level of Crown Entertainment Complex, Man Tong Kitchen has created two unique gourmet banquet menus to celebrate this tradition and to highlight the tastes and flavours of China and making it open for the foodies of Melbourne to explore and experience.

We were fortunate enough to go on a delicious culinary adventure to explore the Secret Taste of China through their eight-course banquet and let me tell you, their servings are more than plentiful. If we can give you any advice when you make your booking: come hungry, come curious and get ready for great service and tasty food.

Offering two menus with Let’s Do Lunch and a Secret Taste of China for dinner, they offer many delicious and different options to satisfy your palate. Be sure to call and make your booking as Man Tong – will sure be a Full House!

Let’s Do Lunch – $38pp 

Nov 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28; 11.30am – 03.00pm

To share are delicious delights of shredded duck hot&sour soup, chilli wonton and peking duck, mango prawns, deep fried eggplant and milk custard.

Secret Taste of China – $88pp

Nov 3-6, 11-13, 17-20, 24-27; 05.30pm – 10.00pm

To share are delicious delights of braised pork belly, shredded duck soup, wagyu beef, enoki mushroom rolls, coral trout fillets in a sweet&sour sauce, fried spicy lobster trail and fried rice with black truffle and scallops.
